I am a 23-year-old photojournalist at the Wyoming Tribune Eagle newspaper in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I am currently accepting freelance editorial and wedding assignments in the Western United States.
Originally from the Midwest, I grew up in Dunkirk, Indiana, a town of about 2,600 people in the East central part of the state not far from Muncie, Indiana.
I graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Journalism and Germanic Studies in May 2010. After internships at the Austin American-Statesman and Peoria Journal Star, I accepted a position as a staff photographer at the Wyoming Tribune Eagle in Cheyenne.
Since January 2011, I have curated the Wyoming Tribune Eagle’s ShutterSpeed photo blog.
I am an Eagle Scout and a two-time Indiana College Photographer of the Year. In 2011, I placed third in the news and sports category of the Hearst Journalism Awards Program.
