]]> This weekend was very special for me. I was a groomsman in my best friend’s wedding. Since I was in the wedding, I wasn’t the official photographer, but I did manage to snap a few shots here and there throughout the weekend. As always, I looked for the more in-between moments. During the ceremony, I rigged a remote camera in a balcony and tripped the shutter using a PocketWizard in my pocket. I’m the last groomsman on the right side in the first shot. The second shot is the groom, Ian Shannon, warming up just before the start of the ceremony in the basement of the church. He played “Everlong” by the Foo Fighters as his bride, Erica Murray, walked down the aisle. It was a beautiful ceremony and reception, and I was honored to be a part of it. It was weird to be back in front of the camera although as you can see below I managed to get behind it a few times.
