Back at the end of May, I spent part of a day photographing Notre Dame tight end Tyler Eifert for a “day in the life” type of story for the Irish Sports Report annual issue. These types of stories have the potential to turn into a complete creeperfest for the photographer, but that wasn’t the case with Eifert. He was extremely chill and didn’t seem to mind me photographing him for several hours. Despite my creepiness, he still pounded a few drives more than 300 yards on the golf course, including one that we estimated at 371 yards.
