Wyoming Capitol entrance renovation nearing completion

Stephen Cisneros, of Cheyenne, uses a saw to cut a concrete circular saw to cut lines in the concrete base that houses the Esther Hobart Morris statue on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, in front of the Wyoming State Capitol. Workers are hoping to have renovations to the south entrance done by mid September.
